Arrow Senior Living implemented a check-in system that assessed temperature & face mask positioning, and alerted employees if there was an issue with either of those things. It checked people in, as well, freeing up time for employees and creating a digital paper trail, allowing ease of review in case something, such as a symptomatic visitor, had to be reviewed.
Arrow took home the Gold in the 2021 Senior Living: Quality category at this year’s McKnight’s Senior Living Excellence in Technology Awards thanks to the efforts of Brian Nikodim and his team developing the system.
