Each August, The Boulevard St. Charles participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.

As the Business Office Director, I am committed to consistently promoting employee appreciation. We make it a priority to take a moment for our hardworking team members, recognizing their efforts through weekly creative follow-ups. Some of my favorite events include Employee Appreciation Day, Easter, and Nurses Week. We also support a healthy work-life balance by offering our employees set schedules and respecting their personal time. At The Boulevard St. Charles, we foster open communication and transparency. We encourage feedback to make this a great place to work.
