Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. At The Boulevard St. Charles, we show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.
As the Business Office Director, part of my role is to promote employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was my first. I assumed this role in September, and we celebrated our weekend receptionist the same week. As the former Operations Coordinator, I know how busy the front desk can get. I was happy to show her some appreciation and let her know her hard work does not go unnoticed!
